Rahman Carll, DNP, CRNP, AGNP-BC
Rahman Carll is a Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in patient care, both as an emergency room RN and now as a Nurse Practitioner. A true patient advocate, his patient centered approach to primary care medicine has made him a key member of the Merakey Total Health team.
Rahman is a dynamic Nurse Practitioner with a passion for education and adult health. With a background in gerontology care, adult health and community health for men, Rahman brings 13 years of dedicated experience in the healthcare field. Throughout his career, Rahman has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to providing evidence-based care to all and to foster a holistic care framework. Rahman holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Aspen University as well as four undergraduate degrees and three graduate degrees, not to mention several awards and accolades: Two-time designation as Magna Cum Laude and Presidential Honors.
Rahman proclaims and affirms this premise: “Healthcare is not a privilege; it is a right.” He is motivated to be an essential advocate in providing high quality care for the community. Rahman welcomes all patients and populations.
Rebecca Bixby, CRNP, MSN
Rebecca Bixby is an adult health nurse practitioner who received her training from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 2010. She has experience with diabetes and hypertension management, women’s health, psych/ mental health and addiction, among other common primary care complaints. She has worked in community health nursing in Philadelphia for over 20 years. Rebecca welcomes working with all patients including IDD populations, LGBTQ+, and speaks Spanish proficiently.
