Merakey Total Health is now open and accepting new patients seeking primary care services. Merakey has a long history in the community as a provider of behavioral health services and supports. Located at 27 E Mt Airy Ave, the site of the original Merakey offices, our organization shares a location with our sister organization, Merakey, but operates as an independent non-profit organization. Our shared roots have enabled Merakey Total Health to offer patient-centered care that takes into account the specific social, cultural, and medical needs of our population. Merakey Total Health provides comprehensive, integrated primary health care services. This means that you can visit Merakey Total Health for all of your physical health care needs.

Merakey Total Health provides physical health care services, including:
